Jamila Gontijo
Reputation Strategist & Relationship Intelligence
Within 20 years of professional experience, I have developed a unique approach to strengthen people, brands, and institutions in highly complex and demanding environments. My proposal applies Relational Intelligence into reputation, strategic positioning, and building of high-value relationships.
Throughout my career, I have led international campaigns, developed strategic communication plans for G20/B20 agendas, and managed public diplomacy and crisis management projects for the diplomatic missions of the United Kingdom and Qatar in Brasília, São Paulo, and Rio de Janeiro. The results strengthened bilateral relations and positively impacted the perception of authorities and decision-makers, facilitating strategic connections between the public and private sectors.
My academic background encompasses Social Communication, Analytical Psychology, and Arts, fields that have deepened my understanding of perception, symbolic capital, human behavior, and relational dynamics.
I have a degree in Public Relations and International Communication from the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO) of the UK government – knowledge that I have already shared as a lecturer in postgraduate courses in Corporate Communication.
My experiences have given me a sophisticated understanding of how to build influence in political, international, and multicultural environments.
Today, I apply this repertoire to guide professionals, leaders, and organizations that wish to operate in Brasília with greater intelligence, strategic positioning, and institutional clarity.
My work integrates personalized communication, scenario analysis, behavioral analysis, and an understanding of the subtle dynamics that drive decision-making spaces and their agents.
I am the founder of Lummina House , a community offering exclusive experiences, strategic connections, and qualified networking in the Federal Capital. We develop personalized consulting services and strategic advice for professionals and entrepreneurs visiting Brasília for business, transitioning to, or relocating to Brasília, offering support to facilitate schedules, connections, and adaptation to the city from the moment they arrive.
For women arriving in the Federal Capital, we created Women Soft Landing : a personalized integration experience focused on social, cultural, and professional adaptation in Brasília.
I work on building qualified connections, contextual integration, and relational positioning, contributing to a clearer, more fluid, and intelligent experience upon arrival and in Brasília.
